Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.

Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive your notice of withdrawal.

We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction for the refund. No fees will be charged.

Special Provisions for Digital Content

Feedlane is a digital service that becomes available immediately after payment.

Since no explicit consent to immediate provision is requested during the booking process, the statutory right of withdrawal exists for the entire 14-day period, even if you have already started using the service.
