Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all contracts concluded between the provider (Simon Götz, Pirminiusstraße 7, 76846 Hauenstein) and the customer regarding access to our services under a subscription.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded by accepting these Terms and Conditions and confirming the order by the customer. The customer submits an offer by selecting the subscription model and entering their payment details. The contract is concluded with the confirmation of the subscription by the provider and successful payment processing.

3. Service Description

The provider grants the customer access to the Feedlane feed reader service or other agreed services within the scope of the subscription. The exact description of the services is available on the provider's website.

4. Subscription Models and Prices

There are various subscription models with different terms and prices. The current pricing is available on the provider's website. Prices are net amounts and do not include VAT, as the provider applies the small business regulation pursuant to § 19 UStG.

5. Payments and Billing

Subscription payments are processed monthly in advance via Stripe. The customer authorizes the provider to automatically collect the agreed subscription fee. In the event of a chargeback or payment suspension, the provider reserves the right to suspend access to the service until payment is made.

6. Term and Cancellation

The contract is concluded for an indefinite period. The customer may cancel the subscription at any time at the end of the current billing period. Cancellation can be done via the options provided in the user interface or by email. A refund of amounts already paid is excluded.

7. Contract Renewal

The subscription is automatically renewed for another month if it is not cancelled by the customer at the end of the current billing period.

8. Liability and Limitation of Liability

The provider is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent conduct. The provider is not liable for loss of data or indirect damages resulting from the use of the service. The provider's liability is limited to the amount the customer has paid for the service within the last 6 months.

9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions

The provider reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The customer will be informed of changes by email or on the website. Changes are considered accepted if the customer continues to use the service after receiving the information.

10. Data Protection

The provider processes personal data in accordance with the privacy policy, which is available on the provider's website.

11. Final Provisions

German law applies. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected. The place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered office, provided the customer is a merchant.
